Hotel Website Marketing - Ask the experts
The next Hotel Website Marketing Conference in Dublin on Nov 24th will include an open panel discussion session. This will include all the conference speakers who will be available to take questions covering a wide range of hotel internet marketing topics.

Louder Voice present at Nov conference
Conor O’Neill from www.loudervoice.com will be presenting at the Hotel Website Marketing Conference in Dublin on November 24th.
Louder Voice provide websites with software to accept reviews and also post these reviews on their own portal website. Reviews are now one of the key elements in the hotel booking decision making process. Pioneered initially by Tripadvisor, now most third party websites such as Booking.com provide their users with detailed reviews of hotels.
So, why dont we see reviews on hotel websites? Generally hotels are not willing to leave themselves open to receiving negatative reviews and this is understandable. However, the positive reviews will generally be stronger than the negative ones plus by having a healthy mix customers are more likely to develop trust with you and in turn make a booking.
Lets be honest, in most cases they will check Tripadvisor in any case so why not present them on your own website? Conor will explain how you can integrate their cost effective system and how you approve and manage reviews.
Tourism Ireland & IIA sponsor conference
We are delighted to announce that Tourism Ireland and the Irish Internet Association will be sponsoring the second Hotel Website Marketing Conference on November 24th in Dublin.
Tourism Ireland promote the island of Ireland overseas and focus a large percentage of their overall marketing budget on web development and also online marketing of www.discoverireland.com.
The Discoverireland.com websites received 5.8 million visitors from Jan - June this year alone. Tourism Ireland manage 41 websites in 19 languages and recently launched a very successful digital documentaries campaign - click here to watch
We are delighted to have Tourism Ireland involved in the event again and look forward to hearing their latest strategies and online campaigns to attract overseas tourists to Ireland.
The Irish Internet Association will also be sponsoring our event in November. The IIA provides a massive support to the Irish internet community through workshops, events and seminars for their members. The IIA have over 550 members made up of both large and small players in the Irish web industry.

Over 170 hotel sales and marketing professionals attended the inaugural Hotel Website Marketing Conference, now a second event is planned for November 24th 2009 in Dublin.
The conference is designed to provide hoteliers with an innsight into the latest innovations and opportunities in online marketing. Previous presenters include Google, Expedia, Hotels.com, Tourism Ireland, Avvio, Irish Hotel Federation, Meetingsbooker.com, Car Trawler, Roomex and many more.
